Chakra Activation and Ascension Healing

In today's episode, I'm going to channel an activation and healing to accelerate your ascension process. We'll be healing the things that are holding you back from the focused action that helps you move forward in your life, so that you may align with your highest consciousness.

I want you to close your eyes. Make sure you're in a comfortable position and in a quiet space, and then bring your awareness to your heart — being connected to your heart consciousness, in your awareness, in your heart.

Our intention is to let go of old energies, old belief systems, old frequencies that no longer serve us, and to activate what we do want to create — as a whole, as a collective, and as individuals.

Bring your awareness again to your heart and acknowledge that intention.

Activating and Clearing the Lower Three Chakras

We're going to activate and clear our chakras. Bring your full awareness to your root, clearing out any lower negative energies, any lower thought forms and frequencies, and activate. Activating your root.

Now bring your awareness to your sacral, your second chakra. Clearing out any lower negative energies, any lower negative thought forms, old frequencies, hooks and cords in the second. Clearing that out, and then we are activating. Activating the second.

Bring your awareness to your third chakra. Clearing out old energies, lower consciousness energies, belief systems, thought forms, any hooks or cords in number three. Clear it out and activate. Activate number three.

Now we're going to align the lower three chakras — aligning one to two, and two to three — so that they're working as one unit, one energy system, in a unification energy. The lower three are now one energy system, activated and aligned.

Activating and Clearing the Upper Three Chakras

Bring your full awareness and intention to your crown chakra. Clearing out any lower negative energies, any lower negative thought forms, belief systems, hooks or cords out of your crown, out of your seventh chakra. Clearing out the seventh, and activate. Activate seven. Activating the crown.

Now bring your awareness to your third eye. Clearing out any lower negative energies, any lower negative thought forms, any old belief systems, any old energies, hooks or cords that no longer are in alignment for you. Clearing all of that out from the third eye, and activate the third eye. Activate. Activate the third eye.

Now bring your awareness to your throat chakra. Clearing out any lower negative thought forms, lower negative belief systems, any lower frequencies, any hooks and cords that no longer serve you. Clearing all of those things from your throat, and activate the throat. Activate. Activate.

Now align the crown with the third eye, and the third eye with the throat. Your upper three chakras are all activated and aligned in unity — one energy system.

So the lower three, one energy system. The upper three, one energy system.

Heart Activation and Expansion

Now bring your full awareness to your heart. In that space, you are going to activate your heart chakra. Activate. Allow it to expand and activate. Allow it to expand and activate.

Allowing that heart activation to expand into the lower three chakras and the upper three, and then it activates the eighth chakra. You become a high-vibrational, high-frequency energy system — one energy system. No longer individual energies of chakras, but one complete whole. Unity consciousness, activating into your higher consciousness, so that your higher consciousness may be fully embodied and aware through heart wisdom.

As you are fully in your heart wisdom, you expand your consciousness into the universal consciousness of all that is, into the quantum mind consciousness of the creator source energy system. Being in the oneness. In the fully creative center of pure creation. Aligning with the energy of your creative center within all that you are, and your higher self, your higher consciousness.

Stay in your heart. Stay in the expansion.

Releasing the Old

Bringing forth and letting go of all the old belief systems that no longer serve you — those old beliefs of unworthiness, of not good enough, old frequencies of fear and control, the old energies of the old paradigm. Letting it all go. Imagine it just dissipating in the brightest, most iridescent, clearest light. Dissipate. Let go. Letting go, letting go.

Don't think about what the things are that you are letting go. Allow your higher self to simply say, "Nope, not that" — and let go. Let go. Let go. Surrendering it out and letting it go.

Allowing your higher self to see, acknowledge, and dissipate what is no longer in your energy vibration as you move forward into this new frequency year.

Take a deep breath in, and exhale, letting go. Letting go of what no longer serves you.

Stay in your heart consciousness. As you pop into your mind, you are allowing your ego to drive the bus. Allow your higher self to drive. Letting go, surrendering what no longer serves you. What are you ready to close the door on — especially those old belief patterns?

The Diamond Frequency

The clearest iridescent light is now moving around your energy field. It's a clear diamond frequency — iridescent and sparkly and activated — moving through your energy field, bringing forth your highest timeline for creation.

Surrender and allow. Being the frequency. Being the frequency of love. Embodying the frequency of creation. Opening up the energy fields, and becoming. Becoming. Becoming.

As it weaves into your energy fields, we recognize your divine frequency and energy. Acknowledge it for yourself. Acknowledge it for your creation. Become it. Allow it and be it, through the living light energies of oneness, through the living light energies of creation.

Acknowledge your human, aligning and cohering with your higher self as one energy system, so that the human becomes the higher consciousness — the oneness energy and unity consciousness for the collective and for the self.

As you expand into your own higher consciousness, becoming, becoming, through love and creation and oneness, through love and unity consciousness.

Breathing Into Unity

Take a breath in and breathe in unity consciousness. Breathe it into the human as it expands into your own consciousness. Breathe in unconditional love through the nostrils, into the human, and expand it into your energy field and into the oneness frequency.

The separation of the past — that idea, that belief in separation — is slowly dissipating in the consciousness of the earth plane. That is what causes the difficulties, the strife, and the fear in your experience and expression on your planetary system.

Breathe in unity. Be unity. Take a deep breath in and breathe in love, and be love. Take a deep, slow breath in of unconditional creation, and be unconditional creation.

Surrender, and surrender, and surrender into the energies, into the frequency, into the creative aspect of oneness and unity consciousness.

Closing the Transmission

This activation will stay present for a few more minutes. And of course, if you allow, it will work its frequency magic for you through your next three to four sleep cycles — whether that's a nap or a full night of sleep. If you choose to extend it through your meditations as well, you can make that choice now. You do not need to make it during those cycles. Your higher self will open up to the activations so that you may embody more of this oneness frequency — one oneness energy.

Bring your awareness back to your heart and take three deep, slow breaths through your nostrils and into your heart, expanding your heart and just exhaling naturally at your own pace. Simply breathing into your heart wisdom, your heart consciousness.

Your intention is to allow this energy to become part of your structure — your energy structure, your cellular structure, your DNA.

Take another deep breath in and just surrender. Another moment of surrender.

Then, on your next inhalation, you will be breathing through your nostrils, allowing the breath to move down through your body, all the way down into your feet and toes — at your own pace, but slowly. And exhaling naturally.

Your next inhalation, the same thing. Breathing through your nostrils, allowing the breath to move through your whole body. Just imagine it and watch it, and be that breath moving through your body — the prana moving all the way down into your feet and toes, and exhaling naturally at your own pace.

Doing so again when you are ready. Taking that next breath through your nostrils, imagining and allowing the prana and that energy to move down your body, into your feet and toes, and exhaling naturally.

We are going to end this transmission and our time together in a moment. We suggest that you sit in quiet until you are ready to come back to the here and now.
